The development consists of: (i) demolition of existing toilet block, office and ancillary buildings; (ii) development of 4 no. residential lodges for short term letting; (iii) reuse and development of existing workshop building including a change of use from workshop to café and retail unit at ground floor level with the provision for 2 no. apartments at first floor level; (iv) proposed decking area and outdoor seating to café with lower level floating jetty; (v) pumping station, wastewater treatment facility, sand polishing filter and infiltration area; (vi) and all associated site development works including (a) car parking and bicycle stands; (b) bin stores; (c) solar panels on roof of structures and signage; (d) rainwater harvesting tank; and (e) attenuation tank and surface water outfall to the lake. The proposed development is located within the curtilage of Williamstown Harbour a protected structure RPS 350.
