to (a) Reconfigure existing site layout to provide for (i) widened entrance, (ii) two-way traffic access, (iii) reposition existing pitch and change from grass to synthetic, (iv) new parking layout with additional parking, (v) path to pitch perimeter, (b) Provision of new netting and associated posts to pitch area; (c) Provision of new dug outs, (d) New boundary treatment to part of site with ball retrieval gates, (e) Upgrade existing floodlighting system and associated works, (f) Provision of 3 no. padel ball courts, (g) Provision of mens shed, (h) Extension and refurbishment to existing clubhouse, (i) Retention of existing storage containers, (j) All required ancillary site works to facilitate the proposed development
