EV spaces) and 16 no. bicycle parking spaces; Provision of roof mounted solar PV panels (975sq. m); Construction of 1 no. ESB substation and switch room (33.71 sq. m); Erection of 2 no. internally illuminated flagpole mounted signs (total area 6.3 sq. m), 3 no. mounted poster display signs on the western façade of the building (total area 8.61 sq. m), 2 no. internally illuminated poster display board signs on the southern and western facades (total area 1.85 sq. m) and 2 no. internally illuminated signs on the southern and western facades (total area 5 sq. m).
