Permission for development at existing warehouse (Unit 2) located in north-west corner of site at former Ballincollig DIY and Garden Centre, Ballincollig Commercial Park, Leo Murphy/ Link Road, Ballincollig, Cork, works to include : 1) alterations to existing internal layout and change of use of part of existing warehouse, to use as new food goods processing and packaging facility with proposed floor area of 231.29 sq.m. with remaining warehouse floor area to continue to be used as ancillary storage area, 2) to construct new 2 storey extension to existing side elevation to provide new offices and ancillary staff accommodation and to construct new single storey extension to existing rear elevation to accommodate new plant room, 3) proposed minor alterations to existing elevations, and site works to include; 4) to demolish existing single-storey security hut on site, 5) to provide new designated car parking layout and new covered bicycle storage unit and 6) all associated site works.
