To develop site for community activities. The development will consist of the following; (a) all weather playing pitch with floodlighting, (b) green areas, (c) perimeter walkway, (d) children’s playground, (e) play area (f) construction of a single storey community building to include hall, changing rooms, showers, toilets, storage, meeting room, etc. (g) demolish existing derelict agricultural shed and construct new store for equipment (h) eco toilet, (j) car parking, (k) vehicular & pedestrian entrances from the public road, (1) external gym equipment, all with associated sewer works surfacing, lighting, fencing and site works, a change to scheme previously permitted under planning reference 20/04172.
