Development Description
Permission for development at Dublin Pike and Ballyhooly Road, Ballincrokig, Cork. The proposed development will consist of phase 1 of the Ballincrokig Masterplan which will involve the construction of 96 no. residential units (14 no. 4-bed semi-detached dwellings, 52 no. 3-bed semi-detached dwellings, 6 no. 3-bed townhouses, 6 no. 2-bed townhouses, 7 no. 2-bed apartments, 7 no. 2-bed duplex apartments, 2 no. 1-bed apartments and 2 no. 1-bed duplex apartments), 1 no. crèche, associated car parking, landscaping and amenity areas, foul and storm water drainage, including attenuation, and all associated site development works which include a temporary construction access from the Ballyhooly Road. Permanent access to the site is to be from the L2980 (Dublin Pike) Road through the Coppenger Fields development immediately adjacent to the west (and currently under construction).
