The construction of a residential development of 9 no. 4 bedroom, detached dwelling houses with ancillary single storey detached garages, individual wastewater treatment units and all ancillary site development works. Access to the proposed development will be via a new entrance from the L-2217. Ancillary site development works include the provision of a new footpath along the L-2217 which will connect to the existing footpath network to the north.
