Access to the proposed development will be via the vehicular access permitted to the south west under Cork County Council ref. 21/7428 and 22/4753. The proposed development is situated within the curtilage of Lakeview House (Protected Structure ref. RPS-00519). A Natura Impact Statement is submitted with this application.
