Permission for the retention of the following as built structures: 1) Additional car parking area comprising of 28 no. car parking spaces and a pedestrian entry/exit gate providing access to the existing public footpath; 2) Change of use from Visitor Centre to Distillery (Visitor Centre was conditioned out through condition no. 4, Planning Ref. 19/779); 3) First floor offices and associated staff welfare areas in Distillery building; 4) Distillery stack to the existing Distillery building roof; 5) Distillery spirit bond with a maximum tank height of 12m; 6) Machinery building and associated Electrical Room with extended canopy to side of Machinery building; 7) Grain intake area comprising of 6 no. grain silos and associated gantries; 8) Glan bund 9 with a maximum tank height of 10.76m 9) Glan bund 10 with a maximum tank height of 10.35m and associated gantries; 10) 712cu/m Firefighting water retention tank; 11) Column still and associated gantries; 12) Boiler house and boiler stack; 13) Sump for fire water diversion. Permission is also sought for the construction of the following: 14) New 60 tonne gas tank to replace the existing 30 Tonne gas tank; 15) Grain intake building, approximately 42m2: 16) Two 40-foot containers for water treatment system 17) Two new Combined Heating & Power plant, 18) New Workshop building, approximately 813m2. The proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which the Major Accidents Directive applies. The proposed development is for the purposes of an activity requiring an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control License
