Permission for the following work to existing dwelling house: - (A) Demolition of an existing outhouse so as to construct a new vehicular entrance and access road. (B) For demolition of existing single storey extensions to both rear west and north side elevations of existing dwelling. (C) For alterations and re-roofing of attached agricultural storage shed to south of dwelling and for change of use of same ancillary in use to main dwelling for use as plant room and domestic store. (D) Permission for alterations and extensions to said dwelling including raising roof of same and for fenestration changes to elevations including windows and doors. (E) Permission sought for the replacement of existing septic system with new waste water treatment system and for all associated site works
