Development Description
Proposed works to the existing dwelling include; 1) Demolition of: existing single storey domestic garage attached to side of the dwelling; existing single-storey shed to side/rear of dwelling; existing single-storey porch to front of dwelling; 2) Construction of a new proposed storey-and-half domestic extension to side and rear of dwelling; 3)Construction of a new proposed domestic extension to front of dwelling; 4) Proposed alteration to existing elevations, including the construction of new dormer windows on front elevation, new rooflights, and the relocation of an existing entrance door from side to front of dwelling; 5) All ancillary site development works including boundary treatments and landscaping. Planning Permission for Retention is also sought for existing 2-storey extension, as constructed to front/side of dwelling, (change of design from that granted under Plg. Ref. no. 96/2962). Planning Permission is also sought for the construction of new agricultural site entrance onto public road, to the south-west of the site.
