Modular buildings and structures comprising as follows: 1) Permanent retention of an existing 884sq.m temporary equipment store building and extension of the building by a further c.414 sqm, 2) Construction of a new single storey c.110 sq.m amenity building and a new single storey c.60 sq.m workshop building, both located at the site waste water treatment plant area, 3) Temporary continuation for a further 5 years of use of the existing 4 no. single storey, 360 sq.m pre-fabricated temporary modular office units permitted under planning references 16/07150 and 22/4608, 4) Temporary continuation for a further 5 years of use of existing 276 sq.m modular gowning and locker building permitted under planning reference 21/5786. This application relates to development which comprises activity which holds an Industrial Emissions Directive Licence (Reg. No. P0778-02).
