Planning Permission for retention is sought for existing extension to ground floor bedroom as constructed, and for extension to existing rear first floor balcony, as constructed. Planning permission is sought for the following proposed works: 1) Demolition of existing single storey conservatory-style annex to rear; 2) Construction of new single storey extension to rear of dwelling inclusive of alterations and extension of existing first floor balcony; 3) Construction of new 2-storey extension to front/side of dwelling, over the existing single-storey portion of dwelling; 4) Minor alterations to elevations and exterior finishes; 5) All associated site works.
