Renovation works to include re-roofing, re-rendering, replacement of existing and missing external windows and doors, re-opening of blocked opes as required and internal refurbishment with construction of part single-storey, part 2-storey extension to south and west of Tower. Permission for Retention for existing single-storey cottage to provide a 2-bedroom detached dwelling with Permission also for single-storey extension to rear of same. Proposed use of both dwellings to be Short-Term/Holiday Letting. Permission is sought for a new wastewater tertiary treatment system to serve both dwellings with all associated siteworks.
