1. Permission to amalgamate 2 no. dwellings (one currently used for short term letting) for use as 1 no. dwelling for permanent residential use. 2. Permission for alterations to same including demolition of existing ground and first floor extensions to western, northern elevations, dormers and porch to southern (front) elevation of dwellings, works to the roof including raising the eaves and ridgeline of both dwellings 3. Construct a new extension to the rear of the amalgamated dwelling house, including link corridor, open-plan living space with pitched roof and 1st floor roof terrace. 4. Partial demolition of attached garage and construct a new two storey side extension on the footprint of the original attached garage for extension of the living space on the eastern elevation 5.
