Permission for alterations & extensions to 2 no. existing dwellings at no. 61 Gillabbey Street, T12 EFY2 & no. 62 Gillabbey Street, T12 C2R8. Works proposed as follows. a) Raise the main roof level to form a new 2nd floor extension in no.61 to match the existing ridge height of no.62 b) install 2 no. new dormer windows on the Gillabbey Street elevation & windows/rooflights to the rear of the raised roof of no.61. c) remove an existing rooflight & unused chimney on the existing roof of no.62 d) install a new dormer window on the Gillabbey Street elevation of no.62 e) add an upper level bathroom extension to the rear of no.62 over an existing bathroom & f) all other associated works.
