Permission for development consisting of the following works to the existing motor sales and service facility (a) a 246 sq.m single storey extension to the south of the existing car dealership workshop to accommodate 5 service bays parts storage and a trade counter (b) a 17 sq.m. single storey glazed entrance lobby to the south of the existing car dealership showroom (c) new shopfront recladding to the North façade and the squaring off of the east (front) façade by the addition of a portico structure (d) the removal of internally illuminated signs compiring 4 free standing signs and 7 building mounted signs (e) a new roller shutter door opening to the rear elevation and (f) minor reconfiguration of vehicle parking and all associated site works.
