Permission for retention of modifications to the Clonakilty golf course and site layout permitted under Planning Ref: 97/4515 and all associated site development works comprising of (1) extension and reconfiguration of existing golf course and addition of golf holes which results in an increase from 9 golf holes to 15 golf holes (2) 39 no. car parking spaces (3) change of use from a former estate manager house to a golf clubhouse (4) addition of a pedestrian footbridge; and (5) completion of the site enabling works consisting of site excavation and removal of trees. Permission is being sought for (1) the construction of 3 new golf holes to provide a total of 18 golf holes (2) the decommissioning of the existing septic tank and provision of new wastewater treatment system and percolation area serving the club house (3) provision of 25 overflow car parking spaces and (4) all associated site development works including landscaping. Access will be via the existing L8083 road. The development lies within the curtilage of Lisselan Country House and Demesne - Protected Structure RPS Reference No. 00748
