Permission to (a) demolish the following: part of existing factory to the north east, and services buildings to the south, (b) extend existing factory on the south with production, packaging and marshalling areas with a laboratory and tank store at first floor and (c) extend existing factory to the north / east with cold store area and enclosed stand area at ground floor with tanks/valve station area at first level (reduced extension footprint from the extension permitted under Planning Reg No. 17/478) and (d) construct a single storey boiler house to the south and all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application
