The development for which planning permission is sought consists of the demolition of an existing 2-storey dwelling, split into 2 no. residential units; and the construction of a proposed replacement 2-storey dwelling and a detached building consisting of ancillary self-contained family accommodation and store, including proprietary wastewater treatment system, landscaping works, boundary treatments and all associated site works on a circa 0.242 ha site. Access to the proposal will be via an existing entrance on the eastern boundary
