1. Retain an existing tyre storage building with a compressor room and internal parking bays, all to the rear of the existing garage service and repair building. 2. Retain an existing building to the front and side of the existing garage service and repair building incorporating a waiting room, office and a W.C. 3. Retain a detached store building to the rear of the existing industrial building to the East of the site. 4. Relocate part of the existing 2.4m high front boundary palisade fence and entrance to improve sightlines. 5. Demolish the existing industrial building and 6. Construct a new tyre services centre consisting of 1 no. tyre service building including ancillary storage, office, waiting room, w.c., parking and all associated site works and services
