Development Description
Permission for the following: (a) Demolition of the existing single-storey gym and boiler house to the rear of existing GAA hall, (b)Construction of a new single-storey gym to the rear of the existing GAA hall, (c) Addition of 1 no. fire escape door to the existing northern elevation of the GAA hall and 1 no. fire escape door to the existing southern elevation of the GAA hall, (d) Extension to the existing hurling wall and installation of a 3m high ball stop net over same, (e) Construction of a new all-weather astroturf playing pitch with associated 3m high perimeter fencing, 3m high ball stop nets, and 4 no. 8 m high luminaire columns with integrated floodlights, (f) Provision of a new social area to the southern side of the existing GAA pitch, together with all associated drainage and site development works at Creggane, Buttevant, Co. Cork, P51Y202. This development is located within the curtilage of a protected structure (Buttevant Barracks Wall – RPS ID No. 987).
