Permission for modification and alterations to external elevations and minor alterations to site layout, in respect of permitted warehouse building; planning ref no. 24/04896 to include the following: a) alterations to front elevation (east facing) fenestration and change to proposed ground levels thereby resulting in omission of concrete stepped access and external retaining wall at the northeastern end, together with relocation of bicycle parking bay. b) omission of lower level rendered masonry wall to rear elevation (west facing) and replacement with full height Kingspan KS 1000 RW cladding: Gull Grey, RAL 240805. c) Omission of lower level rendered masonry wall and high level windows (grid A-E), together with omission of Kingspan cladding KS1000 MR (micro-rib AWP), (Grid A-J) to side elevation (south facing) and replacement with full height Kingspan KS 1000 RW cladding: Black, RAL 9005 (Grid A-J). d) omission of lower level rendered masonry wall to mix of reinforced concrete and rendered masonry wall, omission of windows and replacement with ventilated grills, omission of 3 no. doors, together with changes in finished ground/service yard levels, resulting in omission of external retaining walls and reduced stepped access, (adjoining segmented doors) and replacement of segmental door canopies with door shelters to side elevation (north facing). e) reduction in usable floor area space of lower ground floor store 3 and omission of internal lift and stairs access, interconnecting with upper warehouse level, f) revised signage locations and size to front (east facing) and side (north facing) elevations.
