The permitted office development involves the refurbishment, alterations, change of use and extension of the former Bank of Ireland building (Cork County Council Protected Structure Ref: 01166) and associated outbuilding (Cork County Council Protected Structure Ref: 01177). The proposed development consists of or comprises the carrying out of works to a protected structure.
