Permission for the change of use of the existing Medical Records Building from medical records storage to an inpatient bed ward and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development provides for the demolition of part of the existing building, construction of an extension and internal alterations to facilitate its integration with the existing hospital with resultant modifications to the elevations. The proposed development works also provides for roof top plant. The proposed development provides for removal of existing pedestrian crossing and provision of two new pedestrian crossings.
