The proposed development provides for the demolition of part of the existing building, construction of an extension and internal alterations to facilitate its integration with the existing hospital with resultant modifications to the elevations. The proposed development works also provides for roof top plant. The proposed development provides for removal of existing pedestrian crossing and provision of two new pedestrian crossings.
