Permission for the erection of a single storey extension to the rear of their two storey dwelling house, to remove a two storey bay window to rear of dwelling house, to amend some of the window openings on the southern, eastern and northern elevations of dwelling house, to subdivide the building internally to create a separate dwelling unit which will remain ancillary to the main dwelling house, to carry out external works to front boundary wall and front yard, including the erection of new walls and entrance gates in order to provide for separate entrance with separate on-site parking space for car for the additional dwelling unit, to demolish an old shed attached to the southern elevation of the building in order to create on-site parking for main dwelling, and to upgrade the insulation value of all external walls by attaching external insulation with a smooth plaster finish
