1. Internal alterations to St. Fachtna’s Cathedral (Protected Structure RPS Ref. 790) including lowering of floor level and provision of new accessible wc in former store, installation of new glazed doors into entrance lobby and new kitchenette to narthex. 2. Construction of 2 no. new columbarium walls in graveyard grounds. 3. Construction of new pedestrian gate to boundary wall to Carbery Lane and new footpath to east elevation of Parish Hall (Protected Structure RPS Ref. 1,373). 4. New drainage connection to existing public sewer in Carbery Lane. 5. All ancillary site works including gravel stabilization mats to access path.
