Flamingo shed (51.9m2), 5) The consisting of 1 no. Sea Eagle shed (76m2), 6) The construction of new Sea Eagle Aviary consisting of posts, side netting, nest platforms, open mesh netting roof with enclosed overhead flight connection area (1,390m2), 7) The construction of new Flamingo Aviary consisting of posts, side netting, and open mesh roof (659m2), 8) Re-grading of lands on site to facilitate development including modifications to existing lakes, 9) The construction of 2 no. ' Viewing Vestibles' (26.91m2 total), 10) The construction of 3 no. 'Keeper Vestibles' (20.7m2 total), 11) The construction of 3 no. 'Viewing Trellis' (54m2 total), 12) Construction of new boardwalk walkway, 13)Construction of new internal pathway and 14) all ancillary site development works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
