The proposed alterations will replace 158 no. permitted residential units consisting of 108 no. detached, semi-detached and townhouse dwelling houses (13 no. 4 beds, 64 no. 3 beds and 31 no. 2 beds) and 50 no. apartment/duplex units (35 no. 2 beds and 15 no. 3 beds). Ancillary site development works include revised estate road layout, landscaping and amenity proposals.
