Permission is sought for the construction of (A) A single storey extension at roof level, to the existing Medical Centre, to accommodate a plant room and ICT room along with all associated ductwork, (B) The construction of of an AGSS exhaust fan, also at roof level, with associated pipework, (C) Construction of a LN2 tank, diesel generator and associated fuel supply tank with associated enclosure and pipework, (D) Construction of a waste enclosure and (E) A Gas Bottle Cage, (F) Demolition of the existing waste enclosure, (G) Removal of 2 no. car parking spaces along with all associated ancillary works to provide Assisted Human Reproductive Services.
