EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Dept of Education sanctioned Summer Works project comprising interior fit out works to provide new Science Lab in existing ground floor room in 3 storey extension constructed in 1997 and the repurposing of existing redundant science lab room at 1st floor level in the historic building ([RP$ 997) for use as a mainstream classroom area Works to Historic Building comprise: 1 Localised repairs to roof 2. Glazing upgrade to non-historic 2 over 2 pane windows (4nr, 3. Cleaning and upgrade works to stone arched window in East gable end wall 4. Acoustic panels and LED lights at ceiling level. 5. New paintwork to walls and ceiling 6. New carpet floor finish on existing substrate 7. Like for like mechanical upgrade works All works as set out in ""Conservation Method Statement' attached
