What and where

EXPP: Proposed development

EXPP: Proposed development comprising the construction of a single-storey rear extension to the existing semi-detached dwelling at 17 Santry Villas, Whitehall, Dublin 9, D09 C625, with an approximate floor area of 26.42 m², together with associated internal ground-floor reconfiguration. The works include the relocation of the existing kitchen into the proposed rear extension together with the provision of a snug/family area, internal hallway, ground-floor shower room and toilet. The existing kitchen area within the original dwelling will be reconfigured to provide a third ground-floor bedroom and a separate utility room. The proposed extension will remain fully internally connected to and form an integral part of the existing dwelling house. The property will continue to be used as one single semi- detached family dwelling, with no subdivision of the property, no separate curtilage and no separate residential unit proposed. The rear extension will be single storey, will incorporate a warm flat roof construction, and will retain approximately 1 18.707 m² of private rear open space.
