EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The relocation of the existing Hospice restaurant, kitchens and associated back of house areas to a new location within the existing campus, increasing the area from 255 m² to 500 m², including a new glazed sliding door entrance to the south-west facing onto the car park, sections to the eastern side facing the courtyard, with glazing, adjusting some permitted landscaping to the infilling some existing timber opening east to facilitate an amended fire escape door and to screen an area of new external plant and drainage works within the campus to facilitate the relocated restaurant and kitchen area. There is no associated proposed additional footprint to the existing Hospice building.
