The development will consist of alterations to the existing detached two storey house comprising replacement of sections of pitched roof to the existing rear and side extensions with new flat roofs at both ground and first floor level , including increased wall heights and parapets , modifications to existing fenestration , including removal of existing window/door openings , and provision of new window/door openings , provision of flat roof rooflights , provision of new Velux rooflight to the west facing slope of the pitched roof , provision of a canopy to the rear garden elevation , plus associated internal alterations and site development . Alterations to include reduction of existing floor area at first floor level and maintenance of existing floor at ground floor level .
