The method statement shall outline the careful dismantling of the existing structure and how the existing boundary wall shall be protected during the demolition. The method statement shall also include photographs of the existing wall, and the methodology for carrying out the repairs and removal of vegetation proposed for the wall. ii. Details of the proposed foundations for the new extension, ensuring that the historic walls of the coach house to the rear of No. 9 Ely Place (Protected Structure) and the boundary walls are not compromised nor undermined by the new dwelling. iii. A detail drawing at 1:10 of the junctions and flashing details at the neighbouring coach house gutter and existing boundary wall shall be provided for agreement with the Conservation Officer prior to the development commencing on site.
