The development will consist of the relocation of the existing vehicular access to Sandymount Road. We intend to construct (1) closure of the existing vehicular entrance and construction of a plinth wall with cast iron railings to match the existing, (2) formation of a new vehicular entrance with an electrically operated cast iron sliding gate, (3) installation of a new cast iron pedestrian gate with both gates designed to match the existing railings, (4) associate alterations to the public footpath and kerbs, including reinstatement at the existing entrance and provision of dropped kerbs and footpath dishing at the proposed entrance together with all associated site works.
