Development Description
(i) Demolition of the existing detached single-storey over lower ground level dwelling on- site; (ii) construction of a new detached split-level dwelling arranged over lower ground, ground and first floor levels; (iii) provision of external terraces and stairway, landscaped courtyards and 3 no. rooflights; (iv) provision of solar photovoltaic panels, green roof and blue roof systems; (v) relocation and reprofiling of the existing vehicular access and driveway arrangement from Claremont Road, including provision of 2 no. on-site car parking spaces and revised boundary treatments; and (vi) all ancillary site development works including soft and hard landscaping, SuDS drainage infrastructure, replacement wastewater treatment system and surface water drainage, lighting and all associated engineering works necessary to facilitate the development. The proposed replacement dwelling will provide for a six-bedroom family home.’
