Planning permission for demolition of single storey annex and replacement with a ground floor single storey extension to side and rear along with internal rearrangements and refurbishment to existing 2 storey Mews building and provision of single off street car space. The application also includes the demolition of an existing single storey garage building that accesses onto Clifton Lane that provides parking for the primary residence, 9 Clifton Terrace. Parking for Clifton Terrace we look to provide within a new Garage structure for 3 cars with studio accommodation over, and car charging points. Access to the new garage shall be from adjusted existing gate access from Clifton Lane. All associated site works and landscape works including a temporary construction access of Brighton lane, which is in the curtilage of a Protected Structure, within an Architectural Conservation Area.
