What and where
Owner of the house "Carrick" on Dodder Park Road
The owner of the house "Carrick" on Dodder Park Road, has planted hedging along the edge of the footpath between the footpath and the native green area beside his house. He has also erected a fence from the footpath, up the embankment to the back of the houses on Ballytore Road, Rathfarnham. This would appear to be an attempted claim on the land "adverse possession" as it is sometimes referred to as. Further details on the attached document. This land has been managed for over 40 years by the local authority & residents association so a possessory claim is not valid in our opinion.
