The development will consist of amendments and modifications to the permitted development as granted under Planning Ref. FW21A/0151 / ACP Ref. ABP-313583-22, that will include: - Proposed new single storey guard house (21 m²) and realignment of the internal access road and security gates and other works either side of the proposed guard house that are located internally within the site on the permitted vehicular entrance from North Road; - Relocation of the permitted external doors on the west and east elevation of the single storey water treatment facility; - Amendments to the permitted landscape scheme along the southern boundary of the site; - Amendment to condition no. 11 of the permission as granted under Planning Ref. FW21A/0151 / ACP Ref. ABP-313583-22 to enable the permitted landscape scheme to be carried out following the first planting season, and prior to the occupation of the permitted development; and - all ancillary amendments, including internal fencing, to facilitate the proposed modifications.
