Works also to include the associated adjusted ancillary parking and site development works. Unit A8 has a gross internal floor area of 3,354 sq.m. The Unit A8 site area is 0.766 Hectares. This application excludes the extension of the estate road and link to the housing estate, as this work was carried out under Reg. Ref.: FW24A/0468E.
