LRD23A/0678 / ABP-318921-24, as amended by Reg. Ref. LRD24A/0636/WEB / ABP-321586-25, Reg. Ref. LRD25A/0512/WEB and Reg. Ref. LRD26A/0418/WEB on a site of approx. 0.74 ha at Junction of Sallynoggin Road and Glenageary Avenue, and Glenageary Roundabout, Glenageary, Co. Dublin. The proposed development comprising amendments to the permitted Large-Scale Residential Development consists of amendments to the ground floor level only (corner of the site adjoining basement access ramp) at Block B1 to include the reconfiguration of the ESB substation room and switch room; addition of stairs to the switch room entrance and; inclusion of 1 no. AOV at the ground floor circulation corridor. The development will provide for all associated site development works including amended hard landscaping and road markings in front of the ESB substation room. All other aspects of the development to remain as permitted. No changes are proposed to overall residential unit numbers or non-residential use floorspace areas.
