Development Description
The proposed development will consist of the replacement of 3no. existing illuminated signs with similar and the erection of 1no. new illuminated sign and all other associated site development works. Sign 1 (7.7m x 0.7m) is a high-level sign to replace the existing sign on the eastern elevation of the eastern block. Sign 2 is a new high-level (7.7m X 0.7m) on the western elevation of the eastern block. Sign 3 (5m x 0.9m) is low level wall mounted signage at the site entrance replacing existing sign. Sign No. 4 (8.5m x 0.8m) is a replacement for the existing high level sign over the main entrance to the hotel building.
