Amendments to the previously permitted residential development (File Register Reference Number SD25A/0292W and as originally permitted under File Register Reference Number SD24A/0029). The proposed amendments are all in relation to permitted House No. 4 and consist of A)The construction of a 30 m² flat roof single storey ground floor extension to the rear of the dwelling including 2 no. rooflights, B) The reduction of the size of the rear living room by 12 m² to accommodate a covered external patio, C) The inclusion of a new ground floor window in the front elevation, D) The alteration of an existing ground floor door in the side elevation to a window, E) The omission of the external ground floor canopy to the side of the dwelling, F) The addition of two first floor windows in the side facing elevation, G) The amalgamation of two first floor bedroom windows to one larger window, H) The addition of a roof window in the main roof and the addition of a roof window in the ground floor garage roof, I) The alteration of the ground floor front entrance door and fenestration.
