I, Charles Greene, intend to apply for a planning permission for development at a site within the townland of College land, Baldonnell, Dublin 22. The site is located to the south of Baldonnell Business Park and to the north of the Nass Road (N7). The application site has an area of c. 6.99 hectares. The proposed development will consist of Construction of a 2 no. new logistics/warehousing units within associated service yards, substation and outbuildings; The overall floor area of the proposed logistics /warehousing units is c. 16,443 sq.m (Gross Internal Area (GIA)) with a total of c. 1,343 sq.m of office space.
