Development Description
This application seeks permission for the ground & first floor extension, as well as the loft conversion including pitch extension and new rear dormer. The extension has minimal impact on the external perception of the dwelling and will be partially obscured from view by existing fences and by the form of the existing building. The interventions seek to replace the existing poor quality extension with a similarly scaled extension in keeping with the character of the former existing building, and can be viewed within the drawings attached as part of this application. The extensions make alterations to the front of the property in keeping with the existing quality of the dwelling.
