Demolition of existing rear extensions and sunroom, and the construction of a new single-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling and garage, with a part-pitched roof over the side extension and converted garage, and a flat roof over the rear extension. The development also includes a pitched roof front extension comprising a new porch and the extension and conversion of the existing garage into living accommodation and shower room. Works further include a new attic conversion to provide additional bedroom space and a W.C, together with alterations to the existing hipped roof to form a new gable wall with a high-level window to the side elevation and new flat roof dormer to the rear elevation at roof level along with alterations to the existing first floor window in the gable wall. The development will also include internal alterations, landscaping, drainage, and all associated ancillary site works and drainage as required.
