6. The submitted landscape/public realm scheme shall be revised to include a minimum of 30% greening by planting on the ground level adjacent to the new building. Full details shall be prepared by a Landscape Architect appointed by the applicant and submitted to the planning authority for approval prior to the commencement of works. The approved landscape/public realm scheme shall be fully implemented and made open to public use on completion of the office building works. Any vegetation which dies or is removed within 3 years of planting shall be replaced in the first planting season thereafter. A landscape completion report shall be submitted to verify completion of the scheme and for bond release. The landscape scheme shall have regard to the Guidelines for Open Space Development and Taking in Charge and Landscape Completion Report Guide, copies of which are available from the Parks and Landscape Services Division.
