The development will consist of widening of the existing vehicular access from street to existing off-street parking; demolition of the existing rear extension, partial demolition of the roof, and the proposed construction of: - Gable end pitched roof extension and internal stairs to existing attic. - New skylights to attic and new windows to existing walls. - Replacement of existing windows and front door. - Rear ground and first floor extension with new windows, doors and skylights. First floor setback of 1 meter from the neighbour's property to the west. - All associated site and drainage works.
