Development Description
5. The development hereby approved shall incorporate the following amendments for written agreement with the Planning Authority: - a) The proposed dormer shall be set 0.05m below the ridge height; b) The proposed dormer shall be a maximum width of 4m and shall be set back from either side boundary; c) The proposed dormer shall be set back 0.2m from the eaves. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
